      People who have committed crimes, but has yet to be caught. In this new world, it was hard to determine who was an outlaw, and who wasn't. Rick Grimes started as the one who caught the criminals. Like her. Like Amari Sevra.
 
     But as the world turned more wicked and dangerous, Rick Grimes and Amari Sevra had no choice but to adjust.

     Now, they lived as the outlaws they were supposed catch.
