They dont know what she wants or what she is capable of, they only heard of her from myths and legends. She was legendary and was carrying some dark news along with her. kinda short chapters? To get a better understanding of the storyline this is based somewhere in the KoS duology pribably more RoW it has some details from the original story but basically the blith that like ruined all of the shu fields never happened BUT the darkling was still stabbed with the thorn wood. And basically the blith will come after he has been stabbed in a different form. Idk if i did a good job explaining but it should he more clear when reading. The world and all the characters apart from Gabriella belong to the amazing Leigh Bardugo!!!! English isnt my first language so sorry for the possibly incorrect grammar or stilistic choices😭
