Kai, Jay, Zane, Cole, Lloyd, Sam, Skylor, Neuro, Turner, Camille, Karloff, Mr.Pale, Bolobo, Gravis, Toxikita, Ash, Jacob, and Shadow use their elemental powers to fight in the one and only: The Elemental Battles. In this particular battle, the elemental masters must use their elemental powers to fight. And if they lose, they must give up to their powers to the Elemental Bosses. And not only they might lose their powers, but if they don't obey... They'll lose their powers, along with their life.

(May have huge gaps between upload times but this story will be finished, that I can promise) Everyone thinks of Kai as a selfish person who puts himself before others and many other negative things. As Kai's time as a ninja, he always heard these comments and he couldn't do anything about it so he has to bottle his feelings whenever people say this. One day when he was on a mission with Cole to save some adventurous that got stuck in a narrow cave a disaster struck on Kai. After the mission Cole got all the thanks and Kai got none, Cole was the only one who truly understood what happened. Kai gets sick of how he is being treated and leaves to have a walk to take his mind off of things... but then he meets someone he didn't expect to meet... Non-canon ships are not implied but take it as you wish, just not greenflame because no. During the final event of Chen's Tournament of Elements, he decides he needs to get a Ninja out of the way. So Chen hires Eclipsa, Master of Magic, to help him out. He wants Eclipsa to kill one of the Ninja, but Eclipsa has other plans. She picks a Ninja, but instead of killing him, he lures him into a deep sleep. An Eternal Sleep.
