Es la segunda ciudad más poblada del estado de Palmer, posee una cantera al oeste, dominada por una gran montaña gris. Los cielos parecen perpetuamente nublados, aunque en realidad es la contaminación la que crea esa ilusión. La ciudad se segmenta en cuatro áreas distintas: una zona industrial, un sector residencial, una zona en decadencia y un área comercial. Al sur, se encuentra bordeada por el mar, al norte, limita con el desierto, y al oeste, se extienden vastos bosques.
Se encuentra conformado por cuatro distritos: West Koven, Arenberg, Center y East Koven.
