In the blink of an eye, Ariana's whole life was turned upside down; first when her mother was taken by Rebel Elves and then again when she discovered that there was a magical world just beyond her own forest. Chased halfway across this new world by a Warlord bent on her capture, she quickly learned that it was not only filled with magic but was also fraught with perils. Now, Ariana must come to terms with her new life and the budding new powers within her as enemies continue to close in on her from all sides. Isolated and suffering from wounds from the past, she must rise from the ashes of her pain and confront the evil that is threatening Atheil and all those who dare to tread in the light.
