Germany travels to UN's fortress expecting to be let in along with some other countrycats who are trying to escape outlands. Instead he is the only one declined from his group because of his ancestors mistakes. He soon come across Russia, who offers to help Germany. The two become good friends and soon they start trying to Outrun the Outlands.
