Jade, has the power of telepathy, invulnerability, and omnipresence. Her power allows her to exist in multiple places simultaneously. She can manifest herself in various forms, appearing as a spectral figure or as a corporeal being in different locations. With omniscience accompanying her omnipresence, she possesses knowledge of events, thoughts, and emotions across the locations she inhabits.
They arrive on Earth for a visit in Los Angeles. When Tony and Jade uses their powers to prevent an accident, they get into the hands of Dr. Gannon, a ruthless scientist who's constantly striving for power over the world. He puts him a device into the brain that allows him to control Tony's will. Tia and Jade gets help from a kids gang to free Tony and save the Earth.
