Tatum Harris lives in District 2. The District is full of anticipatation as the reapings are right around the corner. Unlike many in her home district, she hates the Hunger Games with a passion. Much to her horror, she is selected to participate in the annual Hunger Games. Tatum is determined to make herself memorable in the hopes of getting sponsors and increase her chances of doing well.
