A day on December, 2041 - Westwood city, Kansas.

That was supposed to be a clear peaceful day. But many police cars and officers have to block an alley for investigation, there's a gruesome murder scene there.

Through their suspicions, they are worried if that murder case is linked to other murders in Kansas state. Several serial murders have been around the state, seem to be leading the police to an unwished route.
