A young girl named Lily has been in foster home for as long as she can remember. She lost her parents in a car accident 12 years ago when she was 4. Ever since then she has been in foster care. Knowing that there is a 0.01% chance that she will get adopted as an older teen she gave up hope of ever being adopted. Will that change when a soldier and her wife come to adopt a child?
