Every 50 years,  a hundred random people were gifted with superpowers ranging from flying too controlling an element. These people we are called Rubycons. 
38 years ago the last rubycon generation were all killed by 1 young rubicon named Electro during the epic battle of Russellville.  nobody knows why the battle was waged and how could one young man kill so many of his kind. that mysterious Rubycon was never heard from again and disappeared.
In the present days the new generation of Rubycons is here.

Two high school boys have just graduated 11th grade, and they saw a commercial for a fighting tournament. Jax Wichikoz, a boy who's a Miraculer and has a power where the color of his eyes are what manipulation power he has and the color changes depending on his mood, and Deidak Zaichisun, a boy with chlorokinesis. There are vicious attacks happening everywhere, crime rates increasing and it seems like shit has hit the fan. Alex/Attracopel needs to step up, but keep his two lives separate.
