Ryan Lee, LAPD's best detective, stumbles upon a case, where the homeless are disappearing out of thin air. Lee decides to go undercover as a homeless man to figure out what's going on in his city. What he didn't know, was his abductors would have a signal jammer, blocking the tracking device hidden within his boot. Now, he must kill, or be killed, in a sick, and twisted game. An enhanced black op team's on the trail of a new virus in China. If allowed to spread, would be deadlier than any one virus known to man.
