When Alicent Hightower was forced to marry Prince Daemon by the king, they decided one day they would get their revenge, knowing that Alicent could never be in the marriage for love or peace.
The Targaryens had never known that the mother of Alicent and her brothers were and are Starks and that Alicent was the one and only Red Wolf, hiding as a green lady, waiting for the perfect time to exact her revenge.
