It wasn't a large crowd, more of an intimate setting. Blue eyes took in formal shirts, and swirling skirts before clearing his throat.

"Can I have everyone's attention, please? I would like to propose a toast. Today, we witness love, a long lasting love, that is now forming into a life long partnership. A commitment."
