Heros failed to save your parents from being killed by Villains when Keiko (you) was only two years old. The 'good' thing was that her quirk was that she could summon a dragon that would do anything for her. This went on for eighteen years and she is now twenty years. She had lived in alleys her whole life and on the run for stealing, murder, arson, etc. What will happen when Hawks manages to corner her?

About Keiko - You are twenty years old. Your quirk is dragon summon. You're pretty fast. Your eye colour is emerald, green. Your hair colour is silky black. You're a villain. Good in hand-to-hand combat.
About your quirk - Your dragon is a deep black colour with emerald eyes like yours. His name is Arson. He can breathe fire that's an emerald colour. Only obedient to you but also can think for himself. Ten meters tall when in his dragon form. It takes you about five seconds to summon Arson. He can talk. Has a human form. Can only be out for two hours and can only summon him three times a day.
