When Rey wakes up in the box she can only remember two things... her name and the name of her twin brother Minho. When the box arrives at the glade the gladers Alby and Newt are only expecting one new greenie but when they see there are two people in the box and one is a girl they start to wonder why. He held onto my arms like I would fall back into insane babbling again if he didn't. I felt so much safer when he was there, I know I was no safer then I was without him but with him there... A living hope dwindled within the childish giggles they shared. Until the trials came. The burden title everyone painted on her head was surely removed. She could run. Alby was bound to make her a runner, but she didn't want to. A fear she didn't understand shook her away from the Maze. So in her effort to avoid Alby and her runner job she seeked refuge within Newts care... Only to fall for him more... But that was it... Falling for him was enough to blind her of fear, she needed to save him. Her world was taken over by her determination to save Newt and her friends, she pushed herself to be a runner. Trained For This 1~ Newt The Maze Runner
Tara is a 15 year old girl when she gets put into the maze trials. She was sent into the maze a year after the trials first started. She doesn't know what she did to end up there, but she is keen on finding out by becoming a runner. She is the only girl in the glade and finds it harder to fit in even if she can put those boys into their places. She is strong and fast, so she believes she is well able to be a runner, but the boys aren't convinced. Especially Newt. He believes that he can prevent her from going into the maze amd wants to protect the only girl in the glade as he is second in command, or at least that's his excuse when he gets caught caring for her. Do they both find what they've been missing for so long? Tara has to convince not only alby but Newt and Minho that she is good enough to be a runner and that they do not need to worry about her. Gally is convinced she is too weak, and Newt thinks she might get hurt or worse, but deep down, he knows why he doesn't want her in the maze. Will he open up to Tara about his fear? And will Tara find out what WICKED want from Tara.
