I'm not like wonder woman, supergirl or catwoman. The only similarity we share is that we all have an extraordinary ability and are females. Many people would say having superpowers was a gift from god and the best thing that could ever happen to you. But not for me, being able to freeze time was more of a burden, because I couldn't control it and it had the worst timing to appear. I also didn't think about being a superhero and rescuing the world from the bad. The only thing I want is to be left alone and get over with my last year of high school. These are questions I commonly get, and I get it, I'm a decent-looking guy who's got a fancy job as a Detective. But in my defense... IT'S NOT THAT EASY TO GET A GIRL!! At least that was what I used to say until I somehow ended up dating an actress. Though that sounds like a dream come true I'm afraid she'll dump me soon since.... her Ex is a superhero and well... we all know what happens with guys like me... But I'll be damned if I don't try and make it work! So what if her ex has superpowers?! I have.... A stable job...? Oh boy, this is going to be hard... When he grabs ahold of her, she reacts without thinking and stabs him twice in the shoulder, only surviving the encounter thanks to a nearby hero who intervenes on her behalf. Unfortunately, her villain vows to get even. Everywhere she turns, he's there, and with each bizarre encounter more doubts fill her head as to his true intentions. *enemies to lovers/slowburn

In the 1970s, the world nearly collapsed under the weight of its own power. A mysterious purple stone granted ordinary people extraordinary abilities, but without training, control, or limits. The streets burned with chaos, and governments fell to the terror of uncontrolled superhumans. Out of the wreckage, the first heroes rose, vowing never to let such devastation return. When a new generation of villains uncovers fragments of the crystal, they hatch a plan far darker than the crisis of old: to contaminate the world's food and water supply with the stone's energy, forcing unchecked power upon millions.
