Clara is a very successful 21-year-old woman who just graduated from college, has her own apartment, a part-time job, and a wonderful boyfriend to boot. It all seems ordinary for a typical human, but Clara has a big secret. She is not human; some would call her a borrower, but she is far from that. She is a fairy, well, a wingless fairy, so she typically prefers to be called a fae. She has been living among humans for the past eight years because of her extraordinary power to change into a human(how clique I know.) Drawn by the beauty of the forest, humans of all kind invade the already dangerous home of the small Winged people. Fear of these monsters is shared throughout the tribes. One sacred piece of advice is known: avoid humans at all costs. They know only how to destroy and hurt. ___ Despite the protests of her close friend, Azure accepts a mission that takes her from the safety of her tribe.
