Brock Wagner, a twenty-eight-year-old cattle rancher from Nebraska had been living in New York as a Stock Broker. He made his clients rich, as well as himself. But at the age of twenty-three, he had to return home to raise his brothers and run the ranch when his parents were killed in a car accident. The woman he was planning to marry refused to go back with him and she ended their relationship, leaving him heartbroken. He resented having to go back but felt he had no choice. His brothers were triplets and only fifteen at the time of their parent's death. The people in town called him the cowboy with a heart of stone. In need of a housekeeper, he left finding one to his brothers. He wasn't expecting them to hire a beautiful young woman and planned on getting rid of her. He was in for the surprise of his life.
