Humans have lived with toons for a while. They've slowly embraced living together and accommodating each other. What happens when another town pops up with animes?

Welcome to Anime Town where all anime characters live amongst each other in harmony...mostly. We have done our best to integrate into society with humans and toons alike. We hold a bit more respect than toons because not all of us were made to make people laugh. 

One night my crew and I witness the taking of dirty photos and a performance we'll never forget. What we didn't expect? A detective turning to inmates for help and one of the strangest love triangles to ever exist.
