Mei was forced by Tsukasa Yugi to make a world with her sketchbook where Ranpo and Tsukasa (Tenma) are the main characters. In that world, their friends have no memory of who they are, or where they came from. They all assume their stalkers, so they call the authorities. To get out, they have to go through a life threatening trial Tsukasa Yugi made Mei do. The trial is so bad, even the average parkour expert couldn't do it. The only options are to stay in that world and live through a living hell while being chased by the police forever, risk their lives, pr have their friends in the real world grieve over them forever.

(I got this idea from a fucking roblox rp game💀)
