The Blood wars brings love, hate, betrayal and death. Thea has to decide what's best for her, her family and everyone else in her life. Which choice will keep her alive? She can either choose what's best for her or for those around her. When Atticus enters her life everything became harder. 

The blood wars happen every other year. The winning pair become the new queen and king of their country. Each section has to offer their pairs
to fight for the throne along with the reigning king and the queen. No matter what, there is only one winning pair. Will she pick love over life or her life over love. 

"He's my brother I can't just leave him." Thea tells him. 
"It's either his life or yours. You pick!" He says in a rushed voice, "I know which one i'd choose."
