Dracula Tepes, King of Vampires, Ruler of the Knight and Vlad the Impaler.He was known by these names since he became the Vampire King, and he believed his death would be finale 

But he would never believe he would be reborn into a world where humans had abilities called Semblance and Aura. 

He also couldn't believe he was reborn in a boy named Benjamin Woods, who hated humans more then he did. Ben was a boy who died in his sleep cause a piece of a broken rib stabbing his heart, so I, Tempest, gave both a chance to live again

So I gave them a task, build a Vampirian Empire on Remnant, forge a world where everyone can live in peace, equality and love.

Will they achieve this goal or will they devolve into what Dracula tried to do?
