Wanting to be free he lets himself be taken hostage at a robbery wanting the robber to kill him. He gets what he wishes and is transported to the goddess of rebirth where he is reborn and is given the second chance he has earn.
In this new life, the protagonist retains memories and skills from their previous existence as a criminal or someone involved in illegal activities. This unique perspective allows them to navigate the challenges and opportunities presented in their new life.
