When twenty-two year old Mia Walsh goes to small town Florida to get a new job, things take a different turn than she expects.

After moving in, Mia meets her annoyingly beautiful neighbor, Luke, whom she soon begins to despise after several lousy encounters. However, what she doesn't realize is how wrong her first impression was of this beach boy.
