"When I saw that steam coming from the south and saw that scrawny girl on your horse I knew you were dead and I went anyway- only so I could have closure that you were gone." He turned around to leave. As he walked away he addressed her one more time, "Seeing you now- it feels like I'm seeing a ghost."
