"No matter how far you run from your past, it always has a way of catching up to you", is a lesson Viola must learn the hard way, after receiving an irrefusable job offer from an old family friend, that involves going back to the place that her life changed forever. Many things transpire within the velvet walls of the Dervishi Mansion. Romance, friendship, mystery, and fear. And perhaps, a rather unusual friend. Is a job paying this well worth the risk of death? Is the fear of death, worth confinement in a mind-melting mansion? At least she has Alistair...or Donivan? Or both? Or maybe, "girls supporting girls" has a new meaning when there is nothing to do inside a house with Velvet walls.

This Story Mostly Told from Dante & Aurelia's POV " I wasn't looking for love. Not after Annalisa. Not after what she turned me into. On the outside, I'm still Dante De Luca, cold, controlled, from one of Rome's wealthiest families. But inside? I'm barely holding together the pieces she didn't break. Then came Aurelia. Her laugh. Her eyes. The way she says my name like it means something. She's Annalisa's Best friend. And Worse... she's taken. But when I'm with her... I feel like me again. Not the version everyone expects. Just Dan.. the name only she calls me. She should stay away I should walk away But I can't Because when she looks at me like that I'd set the whole world on fire just to hold her once more. This isn't the kind of love people forgive. It's the kind that burns. But some things... are worth burning for.
