(hiccup x reader) After all this time, I still love you...
#1 hiccupxreader Warning: LEMON, also, following this story will put you in major FEELS! I didn't change Hiccup or Toothless's personally btw:) summary- You knew Hiccup since you were children. You were the next ruler in line for your Island and hiccup was next chief in line for Berk. You'd fly your dragon from your island to Berk and meet in secret with Hiccup everyday deep in the woods. You were best friends. You'd tell each other everything. Throughout your teenage years, you were an inseparable couple. Everything was magical, until one day when you were being forced to marry a selfish man who everyone thought had the power to end a war. You loved only Hiccup, a man who no body on your island knew, or would ever approve of. Your strict parents would never let you marry a Viking. So you disappeared into a new far away place with your dragon, and you were never seen again. Hiccup and (y/n), an unbreakable bond. What happens when you are reunited with Hiccup and he is the only person that you want? Is it possible to make everything go back to normal, after you abandoned everything you knew? Was the new world where you truly belong? Or is it in Hiccups arms? I guess we'll just have to wait and see... -rude language, brief sexual content, gore descriptions- (Hiccup and Astrid are not dating in this story, but the whole gang are very good friends) Also, most of the artwork in this book isn't mine, notify me if you have credit/ it's yours. Also be sure to vote and follow me for more:) #1 hiccupxreaderComplete

Ups and downs (ON HOLD)
Was going to be a one-shot but I decided to turn it into an actual book. Oh I decided to change Hiccup's age, so when they defeated the Red death, Hiccup and toothless were both 17 years old. May have mpreg. It has been 3 years since Hiccup and Toothless defeated Red Death and Hiccup lost his leg, he and Astrid are going well, at least that's what all of Berk thinks, but she breaks up with him just before he is supposed to propose but he does not want to marry her since he is in love with another person, well not person, he is in love with his dragon and toothless loves him back, anyways Astrid told him that she always loved him but she only used him for the power of being the heir to the Berk throne, she never loved him, she just wanted to be on top as usual, what will happen when she is found out. Will she be banished or will Hiccup leave, just to come back in a year when Drago Bludvist attacks?? Or maybe Hiccup will not leave, maybe he will be busy getting ready to become chief or he will be talking to toothless...or flying??? READ TO FIND OUT!!!! DO NOT READ IF YOU HAVE NOT WATCHED THE MOVIES BECAUSE THERE ARE SPOILERS!!!! BUT I HAVE CHANGED SOME IF THE WORDS BUT THERE ARE STILL SPOILERS, BECAUSE MOST OF THE WORDS ARE THE SAME, WELL NOT MOST OF IT, THE WAR WITH DRAGO WILL BE A BIT DIFFERENT!!!!Complete

(HTTYD) To Brave the Red Face of Death Alone
"This is Berk. It's three days north of hopelessness and a few degrees south of freezing to death. Located solidly on the meridian of misery." He sniffed, swiping at his eyes with the back of his hand. Choking out; "A-any food that grows here is tough and tasteless. The people even more so." He took a deep, shiveringly resolved breath. "And maybe one day they may understand dragons the way I do, but that day isn't today. So I can't stay here. I can't live with dragon killers any longer. This is where the path of my life parts from those in the Village of Berk." Run Away Fic that doesn't go to plan.Complete

He discovers a fragment of an ancient Dragon Tongue dictionary and becomes obsessed with understanding dragons. Hiccup and Gobber decipher the Dragon Tongue, learning about different dragon species and basic greetings. Hiccup, yearning for communication and not subjugation, ventures to the rumored Dragon Isles. There, he encounters a majestic Alpha dragon, Ignis. Hiccup undergoes three trials to prove his courage, respect, and understanding of dragons. He passes and is accepted by the dragons, learning their language, history, and customs. Hiccup forms close bonds with several dragons, including a young emerald dragon he helps heal. He feels a responsibility to share his knowledge and bridge the gap between humans and dragons. With a heavy heart, Hiccup returns to Berk. He faces skepticism and fear from the villagers, but his stories and Toothless's gentle nature plant seeds of doubt. Hiccup works tirelessly, teaching villagers about dragons and organizing controlled interactions. Years pass, and a new generation of Vikings grows up with a different understanding of dragons. The fear never truly vanishes, but it is tempered with respect. The story ends with a young Viking boy befriending Toothless, signifying a new dawn for Berk, a future where humans and dragons coexist peacefully.Complete
