Crocodile is one of the 7 presidents. One day with the help of the straw hat rebels, the townsfolk realise that Crocodile is a tyrant and they decide to overthrow him. With no chances at regular jobs, he's sent to jail and his only option is being forced to work at another one of the presidents businesses: Don Quixote Doflamingos illegal buisness of selling the "SMILE" drugs.
