I wake up to the sound of my alarm, and I immediately hit snooz.
"Tris!" My mom calls. "Yeah?!"
"Get up it is your first day of school!"
Ugh... I can't stand getting up at 5:30 but to satisfy my mom I slump out of my bed and onto the floor. After I take a quick shower I change into my favorite floral skater skirt, a black shirt, and my combat boots.
I go downstairs and find my mom putting syrup on my pancakes.
"You'll never be too old for Mickey Mouse pancakes right?" My mom asks.
"Nope" I say hoping she hints the sarcasm.
I scarf down my pancakes and grab the keys to my all black mustang. I scream goodbye to my mom and speed off to school.
Once I arrive I meet up with my best friends Christina, Uriah, Zeke, and Lynn.
"We have every class together!" Christina yells.
"Woohoo!" We all chant as we run to first block.
"Ooh hot guy alert" I whisper to Chris(Christina).
"You should ask him out!" Lynn screams drawing his attention towards us.
