Years after Kamen Rider Kabuto saving the world from the Worms, the world is peaceful or so they thought. An Meteorite hit at another world similar to Earth and Worms appear in another world except it's robots apocalypse, Tsukasa observe what's happen and find the Zecter for the successor of ZECT Riders.

Touji Kendo is kidnapped by Aurora Curtain and meet Tsukasa Kadoya, he explain that Worms has return, Touji accept it and Tsukasa give him the Rider Belt but the Zecter want Touji be worthy successor. Touji understand before send to another world, and end up in the world of the Nikke to team up with the female androids.

He train himself to become strong like Souji and decide to be worthy successor of the Man walk in the path of the heaven to stop the Worm and Rapture Invasion.
