these notes r important for the fanfic, u wont understand it if u don't read or at least skim thru these...

when someone turns 10 years old, they get their soulmates ability level on their wrist. the color of this is from the soulmate's eye color...
if the soulmate uses their ability, the number glows.
there is also a thing called soulbonds.
idk how to describe this so.. example time.. lets say person A and person B are soulmates. person A touches person B's wrist, with the number on it. then person B does the same to person A. this results in person B's wrist number getting an outline thats colored with person A's aura/hair color. person A's wrist number also has an outline now, one of person B's aura/hair color.
this means the soulbond has been completed.

with a soulbond, when in the presence of one's soulmate, both people have an increased ability level of +0.3. (not reflected on ability gauges and wrists, as the power boost is temporary.)
ability amplifiers and disablers can change the wrist number

tbh i just pulled most of this out of my ass and took inspiration from lots of soulmate fanfics that i've read, so hopefully all this jargon makes sense to you.
