Chima is a feisty young girl who dreams of becoming a warrior but she is constantly told by her village what women can and can't do - fighting being one of them. Determined to prove them wrong, she sets out to join the army all while keeping her identity a secret. All easier said than done- especially when your partner in crime is a whacky banana god who can't control his powers! A pairing like this can only mean one thing...trouble! Will Chima and her friends be able to keep this a secret? Or will outside forces threaten to expose everything? God of Bananas is a fictional story set in a fictional world - it is heavily inspired by different Hispanic, Latin American and Native American Cultures
