After being sunk by a German submarine off the coast of Africa in 1943, the British troopship HMS Resolute reawakens many years later in a new form during the middle of another war under her old name of "RMS Britannic". How will this old lady of the North Atlantic adjust to this new life in a new form and more importantly, how will she survive despite not being a warship? Will the Pride of Britain return home or be lost again?
I do not own Kantai Collection ("KanColle"), copyright belongs to Kadokawa Games and all art featured as headings belongs to the artists. The exception is humanised Britannic and any pixel art, which I designed.

Was fate told that she, along with the doomed wreck to sink into the abyss? Was it written by someone else, but these answers she keeps telling herself, as she accepted the fact she was no longer for this world, only for her, ended up on an island in another world. Foreign and mysterious to her as she explored what had happened and what caused her to be on the island. She felt has somewhat strange, mysterious connection to a lost, prestigious warship that came along with her. Would she survive in this world or become a footnote in this mysterious world?

(The cover is just a placeholder) This isn't the story I planned to write... (Ok maybe I did) It's the one I had to burn down and rebuild from scratch. After the whole Feldway incident (yawn), Rimuru was supposed to take it easy. World's safe. Peace is fragile. Yada yada. Cue relaxing slime vacation, right? WRONG. A strange new continent appears. Well. Actually doesn't magically appear but just got discovered. Don't ask why now you're gonna ruin the moment. Continuing on! The Octagram investigates. (And by Octagram I mean by Rimuru. The other Demon Lord's appear quite later on) Things go sideways. Like spirit-wolf-caught-in-an-explosion sideways. Now Rimuru's stuck navigating a world filled with: Magical warships piloted by emotionally unstable anime girls Narrator(s) who can't hold it together Enemies who monologue instead of dying when they should And one suspiciously adorable child in danger of breaking the entire peace treaty Oh-and he's not allowed to kill anyone unless they die first... If that makes sense So, Good luck with that. Oh and before I forget. Plot? Rewritten. Narrators? Unhinged. Butterflies? Irrelevant but still get camera time. Rimuru? Tired Read it. Or don't. Enterprise's New Life
USS Enterprise (CV-6), a floating city of steel. After a stellar service career in World War 2. She was decommissioned in 1958. She's the only ship that earned 20 battle stars. And a presidential unit citation. In an alternate world war 2 timeline. She was called into action along with other ship girls to fight an alien race from another dimension called Sirens. They pushed away humanity from the high seas. Humanity formed an alliance called Azur Lane. The alliance consisted of all the major countries that fought each other during the second world war. Azur Lane was able to repulse the Sirens and brought back peace in the planet. At this point all of the ship girls returned to their normal state. Some went back to the very waters where they were sunk. Others became ship museums. The ones turned into museums were considered the lucky ones. But not for Enterprise. Her scrapping is inevitable. The fight for her to be turned into a ship museum failed. And majority of her steel was used to build USS Enterprise (CVN-65). But somehow her ship girl form suddenly resurfaces in a time when a ninth ship bearing her name has been successfully built and launched. She will also meet her daughter who was made from majority of her steel. Once again the Sirens threatened humanity in the present time. The ship girls from the past have been recalled back into action. Many of the nations thought that Enterprise will never be seen again. That was until she's seen serving as a member of the US Secret Service under a new name and identity. Will she go back to her original duties or will she remain working for the Secret Service?
