Adam has been battling his feelings for Blake for a while now, and the more they flirt and emphasise their bromance, the harder it is for Adam to hide the way Blake makes his heart feel. During a break between filming, he vents his feelings in the best way he can think of - to himself. He doesn't want to tell Blake (yet), but he needs to get his feelings out in the open somehow.
