Nico Di Angelo is about to start high school at pikefarm high and he's not happy about it. He recently discovered that apparently his old bullies will go there too.
It isn't until a certain Will solace transfer to pikefarm high that Nicos life brightens up a little bit. But how will Nico handle his 'unnatural' feelings? And how will he handle all the upcoming events?

There will not be any smut or sex or anything like that. Maybe som sexual tension but not more than making out sections AT MOST.
And there will be angst. A lot of angst.
For those of you who do not already know this it's a gay love story. Meaning all homophobes can go to another story.
I will also mention that English is not my native language and my grammar and spelling can be lacking and my English spelling and vocabulary is a combination of UK and US so hopefully it will be understandable for most of you.

I have read a lot Solangelo stories all of them are good, but, none that have really gone the way that I have imagined so i decided to write my own. BTW, I have never written anything before. "Do you even have a pulse?" Nico suppressed a flinch. Ironically enough, his heart started beating faster. "What's that supposed to mean?" "I guess you haven't looked in a mirror recently." His eyes narrowed at the blond, maybe after sneaking a glance at his ridiculously thin body in an even more ridiculous school uniform that hung off his bones. "Well, that's none of your business and-" Nico panicked for a moment as he searched his wrist, then tried following the teacher's instructions, until he felt the gentle thrum of life underneath his finger. "There! I d-have one." "Really?" Will grabbed his hand (okay, so it was less grabbing and more of a gentle grazing of his fingers against Nico's wrist) and oh. His eyes blew wide, and his heart pounded in his ears. Why did I let him do that? What do I do with my hand now? Can he feel how fast my heart is going? Three days in the infirmary. That's many how full days Nico will have with Will. They both want a connection between each other, but are too nervous. One of them might be planning to speak up. But everything about them is different. They are different from each other, and everybody else. What will happen in those three days? What will happen after those three days? The death of Nico's first and closest friend Jason Grace puts a sudden end to the sunshine that currently brightens Nico's life for once. His death triggers a lot of things for him, and shines light on a lot of his unresolved trauma. Will Nico be able to make it through this without his mental stability completely breaking once and for all? Will Nico be able to let people in enough to help him get through it? And what about the mysterious dreams that Nico keeps having of his mom? And who really is this little girl that knows nothing about her past? In this sequel to Out of the Shadows, Nico sees familiar faces and revisits past places, but at least this time he has Will along for the ride.
