Maelstrom is a CSI Detective during the day, but at night he hunts the supernatural cases that go cold. When someone brings up a case leading to a dead end both on the physical world and spiritual realm, he encounters something vaguely known by mankind: shapeshifters. When Maelstrom encounters one, he faces the fact that whenever a lead on a shapeshifter is recorded, the witness disappears without a trace. Will he face the same fate?
