CJ Banks was the only girl in a family of 3 guys including her father. Her mother left the family when CJ was little. CJ remembers the day well and blames herself for everything. When she feels sad she heads to the Willow tree in her back yard and sits and listens to the river. She had little to no girlyness in her and when she starts he new job at the mall that starts to change. Something tragic happens and takes a huge toll on her life. When her family starts to tell her that maybe just the willow tree can't fix everything, she gets up and leaves. It doesn't help that her older brothers' best friend is starting to look at her a little different than "one of the guys" or "the little sister". But the Willow can fix everything right?
