A Highschool DxD Fanfic. 

Hyoudou Issei is stronger, intelegence and understanding person but still an idiot to realise that girls have fallen for him. He is half dragon, half human from the very beginning. Best romance moments of Hyoudou Issei with Rias Gremory. Hate to admit it, now one of two heavenly dragon, The Red Dragon Emperor, Ddraig is the one who is pervert. Mix of characters from many anime. (AN: This is my First Fanfic, so sorry if it isn't the best out there, or if it has some Cliché and plot holes, I'll do my best to spot them and rewrite chapters to improve the Story. This Story will have a more experienced Issei, who is not just a crazy powerhouse for the sake of it but is Stronger off the rip than Cannon due to his Past.
