Jake and Johnnie usually film videos in the car reviewing food items. Jake knows that Johnnie struggles with eating, so he decides that the best way is to go out and review different foods for fun. Might as well get some content out of it, right? But what Jake doesn't know is that every time they get home and Jake hangs out with Tara or isn't with Johnnie, he throws up all the food that they ate in the video.
