Gail was single again after breaking up with a boyfriend.

She recently became a member of a newly created fanfiction community, created by one of her favorite authors from the ebook platform she had been following. She was delighted to make new friends there, especially with June, who she quickly clicked with, and they started having private conversations.

Both Gail and June agreed that they needed a break after the pandemic. Gail had already planned a solo trip to escape the stress she was going through, while June had to cancel her trip because her mother had fallen sick and had to be quarantined. June confirmed that her trip with her mother had to be postponed for another year. Gail suggested that they both go on a trip together, and June happily agreed with her.

No doubt Gail was looking forward to experiencing a trip with her new friend, June.
