There are many things that can happen in a fantasy world but getting two mates and that too from the same rank was not one of them.
Being an Alpha is expected to get a mate who is an Omega or a Beta but the dynamics don't work so compromise . But getting an Alpha mate and two for that matter was an abomination.
Kayden despised those who went against dynamics and he always wanted a female mate as his family was homophobic and he too. He despised himself for being like them so he decided not to confront his feelings.
That didn't mean that he was exempted though and he finds this out when two guys step into his world crumbling his beliefs to dust.
