In this AU, Dabi and Hawks knew each other as teens as Touya and Keigo. Endeavor had put Touya in a project made by the hero commission called Project 22. Once Keigo was "saved" from his family, the hero commission put Keigo in Project 22. Project 22 is where the hero commission gets the top 100 kids of Japan to be the strongest "heroes" they can be. It's divided into 5 groups. Delta, Omega, Alpha, Suprema, and the Elites.

NOT EDITED Hawks has to work for the Leauge Of Villians and sees someone who reminds him of his childhood friend. The League doesn't trust him very much so they have someone watch him. Oh yeah Deaf!Mic and Deaf!Bakugo. Later there is mention of traitor!Mic but like... the real Mic is kidnapped and replaced. Also Dabi is Touya... sorta? Like he would be Dabi if Aizawa didn't save him.
