King of Brooklyn

Newly graduated Violet Abrams, an intellectually minded girl, has the world figured out. She knows that her sense of reason rather than imagination sets her apart from other girls her age. When she receives an letter late in the summer informing her of her acceptance to a photography internship program in New York City, she could not be more pleased with the world. But an accidental encounter with a very assertive young man challenges her strong will and broadens her mind to a world where right and wrong are merely a shade of grey.
