But wait a minute, this is in the 1990s, and what's happening during that time!? Of course, Touge Hashiriyas, or simply, "Mountain Racers". Why Japan of all places? We don't know for certain, but somehow, Lance's father had a history of racing back in the days... And he drove a Mazda RX-7. 

Read-on as Lance and the others not only face some unexplainable events, but also some romance? Supernatural stuff? And obviously, the races.
