When you go back to 83 million B.C., with roaming carnivorous dinosaurs, you'd expect life to be difficult to survive.

But there are two ways to survive:

Make a colony with walls around it to keep the dinosaurs out, and grow your own food and find clean water,

Or befriend a dinosaur.

Trisha Pavelock did the second option, and defied all odds by being the first to come through the portal. She raised a Slasher, known to be carnivorous and a fierce predator, to be the guardian of almost any human.

She grows up in the harsh jungle, filled with man eating animals and venomous insects, alone with people unaware she is alive.

And when she finds out about Terra Nova, a colony made for people to leave in, what happens? Will she be a friend toward them...
