"When Earth's resources became depleted, we looked beyond our world in search for a new home to call our own. Within 100 years, we discovered a large portion of our galaxy with habitable planets and named it the expanse. After several decades of political unrest, the expanse has broken away from the United Earth Coalition, calling themselves the Expanse Sovereign Union. "

This is the original 2017 version. For anyone who wants an idea of where the book is going, and where the book has been in terms of quality and changes to the story and characters. Now this version is old, and I wrote it during my junior and senior years of highschool, so there will be a lot of differences in my writing style and the most obvious being the technicality of my writing.

The United Federation is Earths globally recognized governing body that controls the existing colonies of Earth. After far too many post world war civil battles for Martian rights, Old Berling leads the U.F front with its ability for its citizens to coexist well with the mutants, the humans, and the Martians. However, bigotry is not easily solved. U.F soldiers Malakai, Hendrix, and Zed are tasked with learning more about the otherworldly Maxis Sovereign and in doing so is forced to co-exist in the alien colony. What will the men do when faced with their own personal battles of growing up in a bigoted society, but now have to handle learning about an entire new race of people that threaten the very peace the men are trying to make on earth. He then buried them underneath his homeland and in the year 2000, it was eventually discovered and monstrous beings called "Klaxosaurs" begin appearing. The arrows were a sign of hope as when exposed to the air, it chose which people to grant powers from. A visual manifestation of life energy to the user. Ordinary people cannot see it, but people who were granted with these powers can see it. It could not be harm by ordinary things, only other special people can hurt it. This was known as a Stranxx, and people who were granted these powers used it to kill the infestation of Klaxosaur. Some used it for good, some used it for bad but they didn't know that there would be a school just to train your Stranxx and fight Klaxosaurs. Thus we focus on our main protagonist, Hiro. He is Stranxxless but he has a dream, and that dream is to be known as the #1 Hero that destroys Klaxosaurs in one swoop. So he thinks that the program will help him fight the Klaxosaurs. Who knows what will happen.

No one knew where this came from but it was dangerous to leave it unsolved. A man rose up to fix this situation with his own method and was hoping to succeed but, he had trouble reaching his goals. The World went into chaos knowing they can't be saved. Civilizations went down, resources began to rot, children and adults died out on short time. How did it come to this? Follow the story of Vanessa to find out what happened and how it became to be.

With the help of his crew, he builds a high security city and begins to build out past the east coast. Shortly after he rebuilds NY, he disappears and his advisor rises to power. He is a fair but cruel master (calling himself a Lord) and some people refuse to work for him. These people manage to escape the oppression of the Lord and live out on the wasteland that was once a great country. Some band together to make right communities and others rough it out by themselves, scavenging for a living.

(I am dropping in from time to time updating the story with fresh ideas as they pop into my head this is so very much a first draft I have not even decided on names for some of the characters or different factions of humans that are to be encountered from beyond our solar system)

Creatures that have grown tough and hardy in an attempt to cope with the increasingly harsh conditions that prevail there. As if things weren't bad enough, there is conflict among the ship's crew as they fight to decide which of them will be in charge and how they will meet the challenges facing them, and even if they survive all this they will still have to deal with the discovery of the ultimate fate that awaits all intelligent life in the universe...
