Ok, so we all know that in mockingjay, Katniss kills the 'president' of district 13 instead of presedent snow, and that before that, she gave her the idea to hold one last hunger games, with the children of the capitol. Well, this story is about what happens if katniss does hold the 75th hunger games, and it's from the pov of a young capitol girl.All Rights Reserved
