A future dicktator invades the past. He sends giant war machines into 19th Century London, Paris and Washington, and he demands that all world leaders surrender to him. It's up to a team of time travelling heroes to stop him.
Enter Oscar and Joseph.

Joseph and Oscar lived in separate times, in separate places.
Joseph was a jewish boy in France, 1941 who was fleeing from the Nazis.
He lost his parents and almost lost his life, but none of his suffering compared to that of Oscar.
Oscar was a bald little child with cancer who occasionally enjoyed "hoeing around".
He also lived in France but in a much later time.
Even though it seemed quite unlikely, in fact impossible for them to meet and fall in love, their love was so strong, that their energies began to form an impossible attraction to one another.
It grew stronger and stronger until it split a hole in the fabric of reality and sucked them into the 19th century in a bizarre alternate universe which happened to be in great danger.
It seemed as if they were brought here because their love was the strongest force in existence, the only force that even had a chance of defeating this vile dicktator.
