Nature requires balance. That is how the world turns, the birds sing, and how time itself ticks along. Magic in its very own nature, is mystifying. In its adventurous embrace many of us find peace, and escape, or even just joy. We all come from stories. We all write our own stories, as fate unravels itself. Like a winding road map we follow our own paths to whatever destination awaits us. Each our own yellow brick road. But what if, but chance, instead of only dealing with the cards we have been dealt, we reach out with our hopeful fingers and dreamy minds to clasp to whatever strands of fate we can gather. Grasping each thread in our tight fist and pulling. Pulling and stretching each thread until it becomes the destiny we desire. Because contrary to the bedtime stories, nature takes so that it CAN give, and magic is not fair. Not even if you are courageous and good. Nor is fate. Amiri, the blessed daughter of the blood moon, is doing her best to find her own purpose in life. Because Amiri is mortal, and her time is fickle and limited. But what happens when creatures of legend and myths come crashing into her reality? What will happen as she fights for her own choice, when facing love and fate, and all that lies between?

✦ Fragment from the Lunari Codex ✦ Recovered from the Temple of the First Moon Inscribed circa the Age of Bloodfire "When the Moon called, the wolves answered. When the Blood stirred, the world remembered. Between fire and shadow stands the hinge of all things." - Lunari Codex, Fragment IX ⸻ ✦ The Chant of Remembering ✦ As preserved by the Daughters of Soulfire Before the world was written in fire and bone, the Moon made a promise to the Wolves- and one night, it remembered. The forest remembers. The forest remembers. The Moon keeps her secrets. The Moon keeps her vow. She did not seek destiny, yet destiny found her beneath a bleeding sky. He did not seek her, yet the call drew him all the same. A thread older than breath. A pull older than stars. A remembering- two souls answering a name the gods forgot to silence. Whispers move through the trees: of love that births ruin, of ruin that births salvation, of two lights dividing the dawn. The gods stir. The veil trembles. The tether deepens beyond flesh and dream. Is she the vessel of fate, or its undoing? Fate is not a chain. Fate is a choice. And every heartbeat turns the key. The world shifts around her now. Shadows listen. The wind holds its breath. Something stirs where she walks- not light, not dark, but both- waiting to be claimed. The earth bows. The moon watches. She stands at the hinge of all that burns and all that endures. Prophecy speaks her name: She who walks where light and shadow divide. She who will choose how the dawn is born- in fire, or in ruin. When moonlight remembers, and blood awakens, the world will tremble to become what she chooses. ⸻ ✶ So it is written. ✶ So it endures. ✶ Blood remembers.
